Please contact our tech department. It sounds like the coin mechs are not set in the holders properly, but the techs could run down the issue better for you.

That door does not come with a harness so there are no wires. The customer would need to wire the door themselves since there is no way for us to know what he is wiring it to since the game came from Europe. They can probably contact a local amusement game distributer / service company and have one of their technicians take a look at it.

Unfortunately that is not an option. You can however purchase the coin door with no mechs and buy the Canadian $1.00 mech to install in door.
