All returns must be authorized by the Suzo-Happ Customer Service Department — call, e-mail, or process an online RMA.
All claims for shortage, damage, etc. must be made within ten business days from receipt
All claims for defective product must be made within 60 days from receipt.
Claims with no damage, shortage or no fault of SUZOHAPP must be reported within 30 days of receipt and is subject to a 25% restock fee.
Returns without a visible RMA number on the label will not be accepted, or subject to a $10.00 handling / processing fee
Return authorizations expire 30 days from the date issued,
Any product can be returned for inspection, however, credits are typically issued for goods purchased within 30 Days and returned in "like new" condition or manufacturer warranty repairs within 90 Days from date of sale
Product received that does not meet the proper criteria for credit will be returned back to the customer. A Customer Service Representative will call the customer to discuss product return options. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Our products are only available and intended for legal use. Customer is responsible for abiding by all regulatory compliance in regards to ordering, shipping and receiving all products.Limited Warranty:
SUZOHAPP warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the following conditions: (i) the limited warranty does not cover any defect in the product arising from any drawing, design or specification supplied by the customer, (ii) the limited warranty does not cover any defect arising from normal wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow SUZOHAPP’s instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse, alteration or maintenance, service or repair of the product without SUZOHAPP’s approval, (iii) the limited warranty does not cover parts, materials or equipment not manufactured by SUZOHAPP, in which case, the customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer of such part, material or equipment to SUZOHAPP, (iv) the limited warranty is only available to the first purchaser of the product and (v) the customer must have paid the price for the product by the due date set forth in the order. SUZOHAPP shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether any defect, damage or other problem is subject to the limited warranty set forth in the first sentence of this paragraph. In the event any defect, damage or other problem is subject to the limited warranty set forth in the first sentence of this paragraph, SUZOHAPP shall (a) determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether SUZOHAPP shall repair or replace the product or refund the customer for the price of the product and (b) fully reimburse the customer for all reasonable and documented shipping charges and expenses incurred by the customer to ship the product for warranty services.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, SUZOHAPP HAS NOT MADE AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSON TO THE CONTRARY ARE NULL AND VOID.
UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUZOHAPP’S LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION, IF ANY, FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR A REFUND FOR THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, AT SUZOHAPP’S OPTION, AND SUZOHAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR INCONVENIENCE OR LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, PROFITS OR SALES) BECAUSE OF PRODUCT DEFECTS, OR ANY DUTY TO DEFEND, BY REASON OF ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT
Handling Fee:All orders will be charged a $6.50 handling fee plus appropriate shipping charges and necessary taxes.
