SUZOHAPP shows that quality counts in Italy

SUZOHAPP and COMESTERO look back at successful ENADA Rimini show.
The ENADA Rimini that took place between 16th and 18th March was the perfect opportunity for SUZOHAPP and its local Italian subsidiary COMESTERO to show its dedication to the Italian market. SUZOHAPP places its focus on offering the highest quality solutions to the global gaming market and there were many such products on display on the large stand.
The proven quality of the Comesterochangers has seen an upsurge in demand in Italy. COMESTERO has great experience in providing a very wide range of change machines. Change machines such as TWIST, SMART EASY, DUAL COIN PRO, JOLLY PRO and the new SWING NEXT cover the widest range of applications – from simple note to coin changing to bulk coin entrance note, note recycling with coin and note pay-out as well. “We have the greatest faith in the Italian market and are thus investing in creating further capacity with a new manufacturing facility”, proclaimed Mr. Harald Wagemaker, Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing of Gaming and Casino EMEA.
This focus on quality is also the reason why the demand for ELO touchscreen monitors is increasing in Italy. SUZOHAPP has been the exclusive distributor for ELO in the EMEA region in the gaming market for many years. Many operators are realizing that an investment in ELO gives them the assurance that their slot machines will remain up and running for longer than the standard. A non-functioning touchscreen makes a slot machine out of order – that is the last thing operators want. That is why ELO is the right answer for the Italian market. The same applies for the coin-handling equipment from SUZOHAPP – the COMESTERO RM5 HD electronic coin mechanism and the SUZOHAPP Flow hopper – that together ensure coin-in and coin-out is exact each and every time.
Toppers play an important role for the slot machines and the SH1950 Video Topper stands out. Ultimately this can be seen as a third monitor on the slot machine given its size and stylish design. The 19.5” screen sets new standards for toppers and the RGB LED illumination around the screen ensures that players will be drawn to it. “The Italian slot market is progressing. More and more operators are placing focus on quality and SUZOHAPP together with COMESTERO is perfectly positioned to support the market in its shift upwards”, concluded Mr. Wagemaker.
This comment was echoed by Mr. Piero Martellotta, Sales Director Italy, who stated, “The ENADA Rimini continues to gain in importance for us. We offer the highest quality solutions. In particular, the new SWING NEXT was the focus for many visitors to our stand. Being part of SUZOHAPP has given us increased impetus here in Italy, further strengthening our brand and position here”.
