Order Acceptance:
All orders are subject to approval at our headquarters in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Order by phone, fax, and mail or via our website.
Payment Terms:
Our terms are C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Net 30 days with approved credit.
When sending money in advance of shipping, please include payment for shipping charges and your state sales tax,
applicable in AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
All Prices are F.O.B. our dock unless otherwise specified.

Returns Policy:
All returns must be authorized by the Suzo-Happ Customer Service Department - call, e-mail, write, or fax for an authorization to return product (RMA).
To process the return of product for CREDIT, fill our the Return Authorization Form and Fax or Email it to rmarequests@suzohapp.com
All claims for shortage, damage, etc. must be made within ten business days from receipt.
Returns without a visible RMA number on the label will not be accepted, or subject to a $10.00 handling / processing fee.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return authorizations expire 30 days from the date issued
Any product can be returned for inspection, however, credits are typically issued for goods purchased within 30 Days and returned in "like new" condition
or manufacturer warranty repairs within 90 Days from date of sale.
Product received that does not meet the proper criteria for credit will be returned back to the customer.
A Customer Service Representative will call the customer to discuss product return options. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT: Certain product purchased from Suzo-Happ is identifiable with a Serial Number.
This number is used for product warranty and specific identification purposes.
If the product being returned has a serial number it must be provided to the Customer Service Representative when requesting the RMA.
Damaged Shipments And Shortages:

Prices in our catalogs and on our website are subject to change without notice.
Typographical Errors:
Suzo-Happ Group reserves the right to correct typographical errors, including pricing errors, on our website, and in our catalogs or other materials.
If a product is listed with an incorrect information or price due to typographical error, Suzo-Happ Group has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Suzo-Happ Products:
Suzo-Happ Group reserves the right to improve our products without prior notice.

Unavoidable Delays and Acts of God:
We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped complete and on-time.
Delivery time can be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as a raw material shortage or a dock strike.
Some of our suppliers close down for 2 or 4 weeks in the summer.
We make every effort to maintain adequate inventories in our distribution centers to allow for the unexpected.
However, shortages of raw materials or surges in demand may deplete our stock.
In such cases, we will continue to give you the best possible service.
We cannot be liable for delays resulting from Acts of God or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Minimum Order Policy:
All Orders Placed via Phone, Fax, Email or in person with a Sales Representative have a $100.00 Order Minimum.
All orders place via the Suzo-Happ Website have a $25.00 Order Minimum.
Limited Warranty:
Suzo-Happ warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the
date of delivery of the product subject to the following conditions: (i) the limited warranty does not cover any defect in the product
arising from any drawing, design or specification supplied by the customer, (ii) the limited warranty does not cover any defect arising
from normal wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow Suzo-Happ’s instructions
(whether oral or in writing), misuse, alteration or maintenance, service or repair of the product without Suzo-Happ’s approval,
(iii) the limited warranty does not cover parts, materials or equipment not manufactured by Suzo-Happ, in which case, the customer
shall only be entitled to the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer of such part, material or equipment to
Suzo-Happ, (iv) the limited warranty is only available to the first purchaser of the product and (v) the customer must have paid the
price for the product by the due date set forth in the order. Suzo-Happ shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether
any defect, damage or other problem is subject to the limited warranty set forth in the first sentence of this paragraph. In the event
any defect, damage or other problem is subject to the limited warranty set forth in the first sentence of this paragraph, Suzo-Happ
shall (a) determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether Suzo-Happ shall repair or replace the product or refund the customer
for the price of the product and (b) fully reimburse the customer for all reasonable and documented shipping charges and expenses incurred
by the customer to ship the product for warranty services.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, SUZO-HAPP HAS NOT MADE AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY
STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSON TO THE CONTRARY ARE NULL AND VOID.
UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUZO-HAPP’S LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION, IF ANY, FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED
TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR A REFUND FOR THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, AT SUZO-HAPP’S OPTION, AND SUZO-HAPP SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
FOR INCONVENIENCE OR LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, PROFITS OR SALES) BECAUSE OF PRODUCT DEFECTS, OR ANY DUTY TO DEFEND, BY REASON OF ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS.
Handling Fee:
All orders will be charged a $6.50 handling fee plus appropriate shipping charges and necessary taxes.
