Sales Coordinator - Solutions
The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Latin America Sales team, assisting with customersí sales and product inquiries. Must be bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. The Sales Coordinator will establish strong working relationships with customers, acting as an assistant to the Director. Additionally, they will serve as the customer advocate within SUZOHAPP to drive key projects by collaborating and coordinating all needs within the departments to execute on sales opportunities.
Receive customer orders, price and product requests and qualify customer needs by coordinating through various departments, primarily working with Product Management to provide formal quotations. Maintain detailed project plans to coordinate and execute order requests with all relative departments. Respond to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.Track pending items and ensure prompt follow-up with customers and management. Take initiative to find answers and execute on what is outstanding. Navigate the organization and SUZOHAPP ERP system to obtain detailed product, price and delivery information that meets customer expectations.Enter, manage and maintain special quotes and pricing in the system per sales direction.Proactively manage customer order backlog to achieve 100% on time delivery by working with Production, Supply Chain, engineering and logistics.Perform Planning for customers to deliver excellent service while reducing SUZOHAPP inventory.Manage freight approvals on a case by case basis:Provide expected freight premiums to assist in decision making.Assist in preparing reporting as requested by Management. Collaborate with outside sales staff, inside sales staff and other personnel as required to manage customer satisfaction.Manage planning and forecasting.Forecast customerís needs using their MRP, historical data and knowledge.Work with sales to make sure the customerís needs are met.Plan, enter and track projects through Workfront Management
Associates or Bachelorís degree, preferably in Business. Two yearsí experience in a business-to-business Customer Service position. Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential in Spanish and English. Portuguese a plus.Team player. Excellent organizational skills.Experience working in sales and/or the retail/financial cash management industry a plus.Knowledge of MS Office Ė Outlook, Word and Excel is a must.Advanced executive reporting skills, providing concise, high-level summaries and requirements of projects and requests.Understanding of supply chains and product lead times.Experience in project management with high attention to detail. Proven experience in inventory management, channel management, and supplier managementPersonable and able to interact with customers in a professional manner.High energy level and strong at resolving customer issues both internally and with the customer.
