You will work collaboratively to conceive of, design, produce, and measure digital, social media, marketing automation, and e-mail distribution campaigns that build brand awareness and drive product sales.
Digital Ads, SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Google Campaigns You have a strong command of the digital advertising landscape and understand Search Engine Marketing as an overall umbrella framework for building a full digital experience that is more than key words and goes beyond Google rankings. You understand that the digital advertising landscape is competitive, and that data and analytics are just as important as meaningful ad copy and impactful ad design. You have a strong command of SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Google Campaigns and can bid intelligently on key words. You understand how to measure CPC and CPM and have experience tracking and measuring online advertising results. You do more than report numbers and ad campaign activity. With your experience you can glean insight into data and analytics and you are able to provide intelligent input on how to strategically move forward and beat the competition. Social Media – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube You are obsessed with social media and was social listening before social listening became a thing. You understand what social bots are and how to use them, but you appreciate authentic audience engagement instead and would rather produce organic growth through thoughtfully crafted posts and impactful social media ads. You have experience creating, managing, and producing ads for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Bonus if you have also produced and managed YouTube ads. You have an interest in market research and love understanding consumer behavior. Because of this you love learning about buyer personas and selecting different audience types for specific targeted ad campaigns and testing to see how they react to different messaging. You find patterns in campaign results and you report insights as well as suggestions for improvement.Increased traffic, audience engagement, and conversation rates – Oh, my! You get so excited when you see increased likes, more views, comments buzzing, and conversions. You understood demand generation before demand generation became an industry buzz word. You’re a fan of Sprout Social over Hootsuite and can manage several social media profiles from the dashboard with ease. E-mail Distribution, Marketing Automation Campaigns, and CRM You have experience establishing communication strategies, protocols, best practices, content and campaigns for e-mail, and other electronic distribution channels.You have experience with marketing automation and understand the back-end process of how clickable ads translate into automatic e-mail responses. You will write e-mail copy with authenticity and produce e-mail drip campaigns with the target audience in mind, speaking directly to the existing or prospective customer in the appropriate voice that is in keeping with the organization’s brand tonality. You will produce external e-mail campaigns as well as internal e-mail company announcements, and newsletters.You can and will track and analyze electronic communication ROI including, but not limited to: click-through rates, open rates, and other conversion analytics. You are a true student of marketing best practices, love technology, and are always looking to find ways for improving the digital environment, and as such will delve into learning our Sales fusion e-mail distribution platform and Infor CRM database with enthusiasm and a keen eye for improving our current systems. Measuring Success, Creating Work-flow Process, and Truly Being a Team PlayerYou will maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and website analysis.You will plan and oversee execution of all digital, social, and e-mail campaign schedules.While you will be storyboarding, designing and editing content for digital, social media and e-mail distribution campaigns, you will also have the opportunity to participate in video production shoots, photo shoots, casting, location scouting, production development, and editing of video in partnership with our Multimedia Content & Data Specialist. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop the marketing department’s annual overall creative production calendar, which can include, but not limited to sub-sections: digital ads, trade show creative production calendar, social media content calendar, e-mail and newsletter distribution content calendar. You will assist the Marketing Manager with media buying, developing and maintaining vendor relations, vendor contracts, and communicating project specifications with vendors and outsourced creative production teams.You will gather, aggregate, and organize leads and customer data and work with our global marketing team to establish leads generation campaigns. You will generate monthly, quarterly and annual analytics, audience engagement, and campaign results reports and measure ROI, and develop KPIs. You will work with the marketing team to develop and maintain our content library – SWAN, in addition to but not limited to: managing electronic file system, saving files to server, uploading files to FTP sites, and following proper filing naming conventions. You are a true team player and understand that the marketing department does not work on its own island, but rather works cross-functionally with other departments and, in fact, supports other teams – particularly product management and sales, and sometimes even the executive team (CMO, CEO, CTO, etc.) with producing communication materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and other visual graphics. You are flexible and agile and understand that you will sometimes have to do work outside your primary responsibilities, and outside normal business hours, in order support the team and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You are committed to ongoing learning in your field and staying informed of changes in the digital and social media landscape and on top of industry trends.
A bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related fields of study: graphic design, multi-media design, social media, digital media, digital marketing, and marketing communications.2+ years of experience in online marketing, digital and social media ads management. Possess very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Advanced proficiency in graphic design, and various creative development software including, but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat; Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Excel and general knowledge of digital and offset printing. Experience buying digital ads and selecting programmatic buy programs.Understands AdWords’ programs, PPC, CPC, CPM, SEO, SEM, and Conversion metrics. Ability to manage social media applications, and online ads.Possess solid understanding of social media marketing and campaigning.Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties.Ability to deliver on deadline.Ability to multitask and to remain functional, positive and professional under pressure.Proficiency in CSS, HTML 5, HTML and SQL not required, but a PLUS.Speak and write Spanish or Portuguese not required, but a PLUS.
