SHOPPING CART HELP SECTION

CHECKING OUT
Completing your Order

When you are ready to complete your order, simply press the "Checkout" button that is available at the bottom right of your product list. One of the options presented is "Checkout" and "clicking" that will begin the completion of your order.

CHECKOUT:  STEP ONE

The Checkout process is broken into easy to follow steps. Depending on your order and account, there will be two or three steps to complete.

In Step One, a summary of your order is shown (example above) and an opportunity to make changes is available by "clicking" the link entitled, "Something not right with your order?"

The above example displays the checkout screen if Joe Sample has already logged in, however a different checkout page may come up if you are not logged in.  If this is the case you will have two options:

If you do already have an account, enter your login id and password, then press the "Next" button.  This will do is two things:

1: It will load all of your information as a convenience to you, that way you will not have to enter all the information again.
2: If you have any special pricing with us, each line item on your order will be checked against your account information and automatically changed for the best price possible.

However if you do not have an account you can create one for yourself as you checkout by entering the information as you go along.

  • Choosing "Ok to back order" means that all available items will ship immediately, and unavailable items will ship when they are restocked.
  • Choosing "Hold and ship complete" means that all items will be held until the unavailable items are restocked, and the entire order will ship at once.

CHECKOUT:  STEP TWO

In Step Two of the Checkout process, the Shipping Information is made available for review and editing.  If the Shipping Information provided is not correct, simply "click" in each of the fields and change the information.

EXTRA INFORMATION

If there are any special notes that should be included with the order, they may be typed into the box labeled "Extra Information."

When everything on this page is complete, "click" the "Next" button.


 

P.O. NUMBER

If you would like a purchase order number to be referenced on the order simply provide the number.  This is an optional field and is not required.

When all of the information on this page is filled and complete, "click" "Next."

The last step of Checkout is the review screen.  This was put up for the convenience of customers to make sure that their order was correct and if anything was incorrect they would be able to go back and fix it, before submitting.   Once the "Finish" button is clicked, the order is submitted to us and processed.

Once the order has been submitted when you see the words "Checkout: Complete."  Also, an email confirmation of the entire order will be sent to the email address provided in your account information.
