Installation Instructions For Outer Mounting Plate

1) Drill 3 Holes for #10 carriage bolt (.20 diameter) per dimensions shown or use
existing assembly as template and mark 3 holes, then drill.

2) Drill 1/2" diameter center hole for wires.

3) Feed wires through the center hole, insert three #10 carriage bolts and secure
inside cabinet with 3 nuts.

Installation Instructions For Inner Mounting Plate

1) Remove dome and/or Chrome Ring.

2) Insert 4 #8 screws through 4 holes in black plastic base.

3) Secure screws with 4 #8 nuts on inside of cabinet

4) Re-attach dome and/or chrome ring with (2) T - 10 torx TP #6-32 screws provided
